If you have been accepted INTO THE PROGRAM, please note the following 3 items:
#1. Accept your position:
Please pay $25 deposit to officially accept your spot in the program. Deadline to officially accept is Friday, May 13 by Noon. Click on this link to pay. After this time we will start calling from the wait list.
#2. Mandatory Parent Meeting:
There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, May 17th at 7:00pm in 2254 Harmon Building on BYU Campus. At least one parent per dancer must attend and dancers are welcome to attend as well.
#3. Summer Medley Camp:
All Junior & Youth Team Members will be required to attend our mandatory Summer Medley Camp the week of August 1st-5th. More detailed information will be given about this event at the Parent’s Meeting.
If you have been accepted on the WAIT LIST for the program, please note the following:
Wait List:
If a position becomes available, we will fill it with someone from the wait list. Please note that these numbers are listed in numerical order NOT in the order we would pull from. Some years we end up needing to call people from the wait list right away and sometimes we are still calling our wait list people in the Fall. Some years we haven’t had to call anyone. It just depends on the year.
